I first met Caleb while we were both competing in a couple open meets. The first thing I noticed about him was his block starts. Fast forward a year. I was seeing my time improve, but my starts needed a lot of work. I reached out asking if he had any time to help me and he was ecstatic to help me. After only a few sessions, I had dropped my 100 time by .2 and my 200 time by .7. His knowledge of track and field is endless. I am preparing to compete at the US Paralympic Track & Field Trials in June, aiming to earn a spot on Team USA for the 2020 Paralympics in Tokyo, Japan. I know that meeting with Caleb will be the key to my success.
